Firing Slot
Firing point: Each plate should have two firing port window of size 175*125 mm with adequate overlapping. B.P sliding shutter from inner side the morcha / Nakas should have slots on three sides (Zeach ) and firing can be done in knee bent position as well as standing position. The height of lower firing ports shall be 930 mm & and upper one to 1550mm from ground level.
Protection Level
Each plate to provide following protection;
1. Rifle SLR 7.62 mm (SLR) bullet distance from 10 meter.
2. Rifle CM 9 mm (AK-47) bullet distance from 10 meter.
3. Rifle INSAS / SS -109 bullet distance from 10 meters.
Material
Armor Grade Steel, Ballistic Grade steel, bullet resistant glass.
Locking on Ground
There is provision to lock the bottom of the Morcha so that in case of fire from either side, the Morcha should not get push effect and injure the ground.
